Lighthouse Apartments in Tallinn provides a premium living experience for its guests and visitors. Our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations that govern the use of our services and facilities. By using our services and facilities, guests and visitors agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservation and Payment: Guests must provide a valid form of payment at the time of reservation. Lighthouse Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card provided at the time of reservation to ensure its validity.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
Age Requirements: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in our apartments, with the exception of service animals.
Smoking: All of our apartments are non-smoking. Except in designated smoking area, smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees or eviction.
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to the apartment or its contents during their stay. Lighthouse Apartments reserves the right to charge guests for any such damages or loss.
Liability: Lighthouse Apartments is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. Guests are encouraged to secure their personal belongings and use the safe provided in their apartment.
Noise: Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of other guests and residents in the building. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
Changes and Amendments: Lighthouse Apartments reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and guests and visitors are encouraged to review them periodically.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and any disputes arising from the use of our services and facilities will be resolved in accordance with Estonian law.
